How it works
Latch cylinder
With AIR ON the latch rotates and presses the tray edge to clamp it; with AIR OFF the spring return releases it. The latch shape can be changed to suit the tray.

Ordering and part numbers
PSTC-function-size-actuation-sensor[-M][-Vnn]
- Function: SP separator, LT latch, AL1 single-rod aligner, AL2 dual-rod aligner, BG bearing guide.
- For linear cylinders, size identifies the bore and stroke. For latches, 06 means a Ø6 mm bore; check the approved drawing and specification for the rotation angle.
- Actuation: S single acting, D double acting. Sensor: N none, AS mounting provision, IS built in. Individual ports have no P suffix; M identifies mounting-face air supply only.
- The 11 standard models omit V. Custom specifications start at V01 for each base part number. V is always the final suffix, after M when M is present.
- Record latch angles in the approved specification for each V code, without a separate A code. V identifies a specification, not an angle or dimension. Drawing revisions are managed separately from the product part number. State the part number and application conditions when ordering.
