PSMP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the protection of our customers’ personal information and complies with the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.” Through this privacy policy, the Company informs you how the personal information you provide is used and what measures are taken for its protection. In the event of any changes to the policy, the Company will notify users through the website (or via individual notice). This policy shall be effective as of June 1, 2024.

■ Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information The Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved.

Destruction Procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database (or file storage for printed documents) and destroyed after being retained for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws.

Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic files is deleted using a method that prevents recovery.

■ Provision of Personal Information The Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties in principle, except in the following cases:

When the user gives prior consent

When required by law or requested by investigative agencies in accordance with legal procedures

■ Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them Users may at any time view or modify their personal information or request to withdraw consent or delete their account. Alternatively, users may contact the Personal Information Manager by written request, phone, or email for assistance. If a correction is requested for an error, the related information will not be used or disclosed until correction is completed. If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the corrected results will be promptly shared with the third party.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms of registration and use of all services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided through the internet site operated by PSMP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) at

(hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), as well as other necessary matters between the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms) The definitions of major terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

Member: A person who has been granted a user ID to receive services.

Member ID (hereinafter “ID”): A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and assigned by the Company for user identification and service use.

Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to verify their identity and protect their personal information.

Mobile Phone Verification: A process for member authentication by sending a 6-digit number via SMS and requiring the member to enter the number on the site.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

These Terms and Conditions take effect upon the user’s registration as a member and may be amended within the scope not violating relevant laws. The amended Terms and Conditions become effective upon online notice, and important changes affecting users’ rights or obligations will be announced in advance.

Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions means the user agrees to regularly visit the website and check for changes. The Company is not liable for any damages caused by the user’s failure to check the amended terms.

Article 4 (Rules Outside the Terms)

Article 5 (Membership Registration)

Those who wish to become a member must fill in the membership form provided by the Company and click “Agree to Terms” and “Register.”

Members must verify their identity via the identity verification service. All information provided must be truthful. If false or suspicious information is detected, the Company may delete the member’s ID and suspend part or all of the services. The Company may also request supporting documentation.

By registering, the member consents to receiving service-related communications via phone or email. Members may later opt-out of email notifications.

Membership levels may vary based on paid services. Usage may be restricted based on level, and such levels are subject to change with notice.

The Company may reject or withhold membership approval under the following conditions: False or suspicious registration information Prior loss of membership due to violations Technical limitations Concerns over public morals or social order Use for commercial purposes Other unmet conditions or Company limitations

The contract is established when the Company approves the membership application.

Article 6 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall strive to provide stable and continuous service.

The Company may provide members with information or advertisements via email, mail, or phone.

Valid complaints will be actively addressed.

Article 7 (Member Obligations)

Members must provide and maintain accurate and truthful information. They are responsible for any issues caused by false data.

Members are responsible for any damage caused by false data or violations of these Terms.

The Company does not guarantee member identities or is not liable for issues arising from member interactions.

Members must follow posted announcements.

Members are solely responsible for all content posted or transmitted.

Service rights may not be transferred or pledged without consent.

Members reported for violations will be suspended and investigated. If repeated 3 times, they will be forcefully removed.

Article 8 (Management of Posts and Communication)

Members retain rights and responsibility for their content. The Company will strive to protect member content and maintain confidentiality.

Members are responsible for backing up their own data.

Article 9 (Service Restriction and Suspension)

The Company may suspend service if: A member violates these terms Offensive or inappropriate IDs are used A member harasses others or obstructs service Staff impersonation False registration Unauthorized distribution of content Spam or advertisements are sent IP rights are violated Program bugs are exploited Normal service is obstructed Required by public institutions Maintenance is necessary Emergencies such as disasters or server overload occur Service replacement is required Policy-driven suspension is needed Other force majeure cases

Service may be suspended or reset without notice in such cases.

Article 10 (ID, Password, and Log-out Responsibility)

Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.

Members must not share them with third parties.

Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

Members must log out after each session. The Company is not responsible for damages due to failure to do so.

Article 11 (Termination of Contract)

Members may cancel their contract by submitting a request as instructed. Termination may take time if system issues occur.

The Company may revoke service without notice if terms are violated.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service interruption due to force majeure.

The Company is not responsible for network failures by telecom providers.

The Company is not responsible for problems caused by users.

No guarantees are made on service outcomes.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information.

The Company is not liable for data loss or corruption.

The Company is not liable for damages from maintenance or unavoidable causes.

The Company is not responsible for errors in user input.

The Company does not guarantee member identity or handle resulting disputes.

The Company is not obligated to intervene in user disputes.

The Company is not liable for free services.

The Company is not responsible for third-party linked content.

The Company is not liable for losses caused by term violations.

The Company is not responsible for issues related to voluntarily disclosed data.

The Company is not liable for the accuracy of posted or communicated information.

The Company is not liable for issues caused by sharing data with partners under user consent.

The Company does not guarantee accuracy or quality of third-party services.

Article 13 (Notices and Information to Members)

Notices may be posted or sent via mail, phone, fax, or email.

Various content may be delivered to members via multiple channels.

The Company may contact members for marketing purposes.

Additional personal data may be requested with consent for service improvements.

Article 14 (Advertisements and Deals with Advertisers)

Part of the service funding comes from advertisements. Members agree to ad exposure.

The Company is not responsible for losses from user interactions with advertisers.

Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)
